This place cannot get it right - the food quality VARIES greatly - and NO ONE seems to care. LIght and breezy, always looking so BUSY - but the FOOD is a shake of the dice- sometimes good, other times, like today - AWFUL. For $40, our lunch was pathetic. I ordered takeout because I could not go to the restaurant, wrote down on paper what I wanted - salmon, cooked through. Sometimes, they get it right - tender salmon, NOT raw in the middle, NOT well done on the outside. What I got today was DRY, OVERCOOKED, BURNED, SHOE LEATHER salmon, and TOUGH, old Romaine lettuce, carelessly thrown in a nice plastic bowl. If I had never ordered this same entree before and received it done the way I order it, I might feel differently. But this was HORRIBLE. No one cares about the food they are serving at this restaurant. I threw it out - it was NOT EDIBLE.
