Businiess name:  Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

Review content:
Sakura's is basically Utah County's answer to Benihana's. We went on a Saturday evening. It was busy , but our service was good. We ordered steak and shrimp for $19, which we shared, and approximately $6.00 for the snow crab roll. Our drinks were $2.00 apiece, and were promptly refilled. The Hibachi show was good, but our chef seemed a little bored. Another chef did the shrimp tossing routine with a younger table and they seemed to be having a good time. The food was good, not exceptional, and our total tab came to $36 with the tip. The server forgot our rice but apologized profusely and was otherwise pleasant and efficient. Once the thrill of the show has worn off, I am not sure if we will return frequently as we can get similar quality food without the show at Bangkok Grille, for a little less. We are, however, planning on returning with the kids at least once so they can see the Hibachi-batics.
