It's always nice when business name actually describes the business and ""Excellence"" does exactly that. I enjoyed every step of my treatment. Everything was explained to me. Whenever I had questions or concerns, someone was always able to help. Scheduling was always easy and workable with my schedule. Even emergency or unplanned appointments were easily made. No matter how I contacted the office...phone, email, after hours cell phone...I always got a prompt response and not just from the staff but from the doctor too. The staff was/is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. I would/will defiantly refer my friend and family to Orthodontic Excellence because I trust their experience will be as good as my own. I can't choose any one thing as my favorite thing about the office but I have to say my favorite ""thing"" about my experience as a whole is my straight teeth...the end result is just the icing on my Orthodontic Excellence cake. Excellence says it all.
