Would not recommend this escrow company if you can avoid it. I had heard they were not very user friendly but the seller insisted upon using them. I make balloon payments on my loan and when I called to ask for the reammortized monthly payment, I was told to figure it out for myself. When the employee's supervisor came on the line she said, ""We don't get paid to do that"". They have been servicing the loan for a year and each time I call, I am given different instructions. They are hostile on the phone. They are a budget escrow company. You get what you pay for.
