I used to love Musical Box and was very sad when they closed it... that being said, the new bar that went into the space is GORGEOUS! The back lounge is ridiculous. The DJ booth is an actual car with headlights. Every table is made out of something (we sat at the bathtubs, but I saw a coffin, and a car table as well). Everything was made out of something.... bike chain chandeliers, bar stools made out of skis... One of the most beautiful bars in all of Manhattan, and that is NOT easy to do. This bar is like Musical Box on steroids! The bartenders were quick to explain the concept... A recycled bar. The DJ was awesome and the drinks weren't even that expensive. I am telling you, this is the perfect place to have a party and impress your friends!
