I AM FROM A CREOLE FAMILY WHO COOKS AUTHENTIC CREOLE FOOD. WE NEVER GO TO CREOLE/CAJUN RESTAURANTS BECAUSE IT IS NEVER GOOD. HOWEVER, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. NINE OF US ATE & WE EACH ORDERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT ALONG WITH APPETIZERS. ""OH MY GOSH!!"" WERE SAID AFTER EVERY BITE. THE SERVERS ARE TOTALLY ACCOMODATING & FRIENDLY. WE MET THE OWNER AND HE IS A SHY GRACIOUS MAN WHO CLAPPED WHEN WE TOLD HIM HOW SATISFIED WE WERE, (THEN WENT BACK AND WASHED THE DISHES). YOU DONT GET ANY MORE DOWN HOME THAN THIS! THE PRICES ARE INCREDIBLY LOW! I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE FOR EACH DISH. THE DESSERTS ARE ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!!! BUTTERMILK PIE, PEACH COBBLER, SWEET POTATOE PIE... OH MY!!! DONT LEAVE WITHOUT TRYING THEM ALL OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. DROVE 57 MILES TO EAT HERE AND I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN FARTHER IF I KNEW HOW GOOD IT WAS.
