Review content:
I told the salesman exactly what I wanted: color, make, model, price. The first salesperson left and another returned telling me, that guy didnt think he was going to make any money, so he didnt want to show me the car. I agreed to pay sticker, tax/license and Id pay by check. This was fine and agreeable until we got inside the dealership. Then came the extra charges: advertising, lot charges, etc After arguing these charges, the salesman says, ""look the dealership wants to a make a couple of thousand."" It was perfectly clear they were not out to sell a car unless it involved ripping off the consumer. BTW, I went to another dealership, paid cash for the car and financed a couple thousand for extra goodies. There was money to be made but the hounds of Pasadena didn't have the customer service and respect to make it.
Cons: Terrible Salespeople
