Review content:
I went on a Sunday around 11am. There is a long line. When it's not out the door, it'll take about 20 minutes to get to the front. After placing my order, I carried my beverage, water, silverware, syrup, salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins, etc to an empty table. This is quite a task since the place is packed, there's hardly any room to move. I got myself situated at a table only to realize the coffee (which is good coffee) is lukewarm. Then someone called my name into the crowd and served me my food. My interaction with a restaurant worker is over at this point . There is no coffee refill or waiter/waitress service. The food itself is also cold. I ordered a cold dry french toast that tasted very eggy and some cold home fries, which would have been tasty if warm. Overall for the price, there are tons of more comfortable brunch places in the neighborhood. If you're going to go for the first time, I think it helps to know there is no service, you'll be carrying your coffee and utensils and it's extremely crowded.
Cons: Set your own table, wait, cold food/coffee
