Review content:
I took my car into Autobella for the third time because I needed my car window fixed that was never properly installed. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and later called to find out the best time for pick up. He said it would be done by 5:00pm. I walked up to the place and Tom was not around, I looked for someone who knew where my keys would be but when I saw my car I noticed the window had not been fixed. An employee was frustrated because he could not get a hold of Tom to find out what had happened. When we did finally get a hold of him the phone ""cut out"" on me when I was telling him my frustrations and he never called me back. I drove away with a broken window and permanently damaged door from the first time they guy tried to fix it. He never reached out to ask how to make this experience better. I had to drive to the shop to personally deliver the new invoice I got from Speedy Glass who fixed my window in 15 minutes and tried to ask for some sort of reimbursement. He did not attempt to care for the trouble I had gone through. As much as I would like to get compensated for the six trips I have made to Autobella, the several phone calls, emails, and the $300+ it has cost to pay for and then fix my window, It's not worth dealing with someone so disrespectful. I hope to save you time, energy, money and frustration by telling you not to take your vehicle to Autobella. I did receive wonderful costumer service at Speedy Glass!
