Where to start, from the time our family arrived at this place we felt unwelcome and the staff seemed put off to even help us. We first encountered a younger girl working behind the bar.(who we later found out from our waitress is the night time bar/ restaurant supervisor) She was more interested in talking to her co-workers and playing with her cell phone than helping us or even making us feel welcome. We were finally pointed to a seat by her, as she was to ""busy"" or just to lazy to walk us to our table. We then waited 5-10 min for a waitress to come get our drink order which then took another 5-10 min to get. Our food order was pretty basic and the restaurant wasn't that busy but it took 30-40 min and guess what the order came out half right. At this time we said it was fine and just decided that it would take too long to have it corrected. So we just started to eat when a gentleman who was sitting at the bar drinking decided to come talk our ear off as we were trying to eat. It turns out he is the owner of the place. There is nothing better when you are trying to have a peaceful meal after your order has been screwed up than to have someone not get the hint and sit there and talk your ear off. He was visibly intoxicated which was very unprofessional as we had our children with us. When we were finally ready to go what an ordeal it was trying to get the check and when we finally did it had someone else's food and drinks on it. So we had to wait for the waitress to come back to the table and explain to her that some of the stuff on there wasn't ours. She then took it back and had to go find the bartender to take off the stuff on the bill that wasn't ours. Well the waitress had to go looking for her as she wasn't anywhere to be found. Finally about 10 min later we see them at the cash register trying to take the stuff off the bill that wasn't ours. All and all we had a very unpleasant experience and will not be returning anytime soon.
