Review content:
I have used this company several times and was always satisfied. I was referred to them by a home warrenty company and when the man came from Pardners he tried to give me a personal bid and was telling me I shouldn't go through my home warrenty company and just use them so I would receive better service. Then we set up an appt. for them to come out a second time after they did not fix the problem the first time and they just did a ""no show."" The next day we rescheduled and I called to ask a question about billing to their receptionist and she became very defensive and refused service. She also insulted me over the phone. I will NEVER use them again.
Pros: You can call another place to fix what they wont
Cons: Horrible service, rude and unknowledgable, hard to work with
