Review content:
I worked with one broker at this firm for a couple of weeks and could not find a thing, but in one afternoon with Citi-Habitats I found the perfect place. But that's not the half of it. We thought we found an apartment and then management at Mark David insisted we sign a fee agreement immediately. They were visibly irritated by the fact that we waned to see the lease before signing any fee agreement. (The fee agreement was non-refundable if we walked away from the deal... who wouldn't want to see the lease?) Then we were told that everyone needed to be on the lease so everyone had to give $100 for the credit check. $300 later... only one person's name showed up on the lease. And our fee went on a credit card. Well, 3 minutes before we go to hand in the checks, we're told we lost the apartment.
Cons: Unprofessional, discourteous, incompetent, etc.
