Review content:
My boyfriend and I have dropped off our laundry here a couple of times. We had pretty good experiences. They seemed organized and reliable with a computerized system for keeping track of everyone's laundry. However, recently, we dropped off a normal, minimally overflowing basket of laundry. My boyfriend went back to pick it up, it was all wrapped and folded neatly. He paid and came home. We realized about a third of our stuff was missing. I went back there the next day and spoke to them rationally, assuming they had just mistakenly left half the stuff out of the bin and in another clear plastic bag that they put everything in. They sounded skeptical that I was missing anything, took my number and told me to check around and that they too would check. No one called me back. My boyfriend went in and they told him that they did not lose anything. I came back a few days later. They essentially told us we are liars and that they would not even refund the money we paid them to wash the clothes that were never returned. We're not talking about a t-shirt or a pair of socks. We are missing 2 pairs of dress pants, several t-shirts, my boyfriend's favorite hoodie, two pairs of his jeans, and I'm sure more items. It's hard to believe that we could have lost all of these clothes (the one's we wear the most) in our 1 bedroom apartment. What better time to have to buy all new clothes than right after the most expensive holiday...We never even got an apology.
