Review content:
I had purchased a white linen wedding shirt for my cousin's wedding. I was in the groom's party and the other guys purchased matching shirts/pants. I waited till I got to the ceremony to put the shirt on. I wanted to keep it wrinkle free for all the pictures. Upon taking the shirt out of the package, there was a yellowish/tan stain near the second button that is about 2"" long. I was stuck with this stain for the entire ceremony and reception for dozens of photos. Two days later, I brought the shirt to them and explained the situation. The lady there, Suzy, laughed at me several times and asked what I wanted them to do. I asked them to remove the stain that they put on my shirt. She laughed again. I really wasn't finding the situation funny in the slightest. I am 100% sure the stain was not on the brand new shirt. The way it was packaged in the original plastic, I would have seen it immediately. Also, I tried the shirt on while having the pants hemmed. The entire bridal party was there and someone would have noticed. The groom noticed the stain within less than a minute or arriving to the ceremony. The stain looks kind of like dirty water from an iron. I am not sure exactly what steps are taken when pressing shirts, but I know this stain was caused by One Price Dry Cleaning. The fact that they couldn't care less about there customers even frustrates me even further. Cons: stained my brand new shirt
