Parents and professionals believe that the source of Dr. Miguel Firpi's issues was the guardian ad litem, Diane Van Ness, who, unbeknownst to him, fed him fraudulent reports, false witnesses, and perjured statements. If Diane Van Ness was your guardian ad litem in Dr. Miguel Firpi's cases, please, please take a moment to log onto Ripoffreport. We ask that if she was your GAL, please come forward, which is your constitutionally protected right to do, and file an anonymity-protected report on that site. Please sticks to the facts. All reports about her are being taken very seriously. Diane Van Ness has shut a community full of parents and professionals into a state of silence. But you are no longer alone. Report her along with parents and professionals alike who have been destroyed by this woman for many years. She has been described as the ""sickest"" cases some professionals have ever worked on, in their opinion. And we also ask that professionals no longer use this woman as guardian ad litem. In our opinion, she is not capable of being an objective professional and she mirrors the profile of the Classic Extortionist. We wish parents and professionals luck in your cases.
