Businiess name:  Rachel Nicole's Salon Inc

Review content:
I would not recommend this salon overall. If you have a problem with your service, you cannot obtain a refund as their stylists are independent contractors which is why you pay them directly. And there are only two stylists there, so if you don't like the one experience you had, it's not like you have a lot of stylists to choose from to correct it. I recently surprisingly had a major color disaster by their male stylist, and I have spent a small fortune so far to fix it and it's still not done. Let's just say I had to wear a hat for two days until I could book my next appointment elsewhere, it was that bad. The part that really left me steaming is that I was not able to get a refund from the salon unless I asked my stylist directly which is extremely unprofessional and a strange situation for an owner of a salon to put the customer in . Look elsewhere if you are in need of an upscale, professional place. A large salon with empty chairs and only two stylists must not be doing something right. It is beyond me how Rachel Nicole's is able to stay in business. Pros: Stylish interior, ample parking, friendly staff...BUT Cons: Only two stylists, not many customers
