The reception is wonderful, helpful and kind. The nurse that takes your vitals, always kind, patient and a great listner. That is where it ends here. The doctors here are obviously overworked and inept. Once again today, my son and I give it a try. Our symptons are body aches, severe headaches, nauseous, severe stuffiness, earaches, and the worst, unimaginable sore throat. These symptons have persisted for 10 days! I am not trained as a medical doctor...but 10 days seems a bit much. We were told to give it another week. I asked about strep, obviously not a concern, no culture or lab work taken. I have previoiusly had this problem. Go to the clinic, they send you home with a hole in your wallet, and nothing more. We then end up waiting FOREVER to get into our regular doctor. (which prompts people to go the clinic in the first place) Back to the subject.....regular doctor orders lab work, cultures...What a surprise. STREP. I guess, once again I have wasted ALOT of my time, and money for absolutely nothing. I honestly feel the emergency room is a better option. (and in the long run...cheaper)
