Review content:
The service was horrible. They was supposed to do Certain things to the cake that was not done. The shape of the cake was wrong. She showed up late held up my daughters sweet 16 birthday party . We was not able to start the party on time.. The Cake was old, stale,and dry. I paid for a choclate fountain that did not work. The staff signed a note for a full refund on the fountain. Once i spoke to the owner she said she would mail me a refund check and i never recieved it so when i called about the refund she laughed at me and said that i was getting no refundd and that there was nothing i could do about it. Please if you have a special occasion do not use this company. They ruined my daughters sweet 16 birthday she even cryed when she saw the cake because it was not done properly. I have my original contract with everything the company promised to do and i have pictures of the cake to prove it was not done correct. . I will be taking the owner to small claims court for my refund.
