I'm not quite sure how this service was voted Best in NY. They were so rude on the phone when I called to inquire about making a reservation for a corporat event that I had to hang up the phone on them! When the customer service representative picked up my call, he was totally uncaring right off the bat and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by calling to GIVE HIM LOTS OF BUSINESS! When I specified where my pick-up and drop-off location was, he kept insisting that they were too far apart to get everyone there on time, even though I had a map proving that they were two blocks away from each other. After about ten minutes of him telling me that I was wrong because he ""was a driver"" I hung up the phone on him. I have never been treated so poorly by ANY customer service rep. before! If they were that rude on the phone, I can't imagine what kinds of disasters would have taken place if we had hired them. Pros: None! Cons: Rude, not helpful
