Review content:
I had Hansen Glass replace some panes of glass on my house. After they completed the work, I had water running into my basement pretty steadily in a hard rain. I contacted the company about the problem and a technician came out and sealed the area around the windows. The leak then stopped. Hansen would not support my request to do a mold test after that becuase I noticed some discoloration on the wall that had the leak. They claimed they were not responsible.
Cons: Would't stand behind their work
