I have lived here for 8 plus years this is the worst place I have ever lived! We have gone through about 6 mangers scenes I have lived here, they can't seem to keep a good mangers. The water is another problem, it goes on and off when it wants to and you can not drink it! They want you to keep your yards looking good, but they put you on water restrictions, most of the people can't water during those hours so there yards are dead! They allowed people to move in that can't pass a back ground check, so now every one has to lock up there homes and there things. If I had any idea how bad this place was i wouldn't have bought my trailer! There are many nice people living here, they to can't afford to move out, so they have to put up with the non-scenes that goes on here! Every Managers we have had in the last 8 years don't care about the elderly People in the park, they don't plow the roads and they don't help the tenants in the park! They ask us to improve are yards and then they say we can't, they say they are going to put fences up on each yard so are children and pets can be safe in are yards and then they don't! The owner doesn't allow the mangers to make and improvement with out his OK, he raises the rent and doesn't improve anything. Just like many of you that read this, are living from pay check to pay check, I wouldn't buy a home in this trailer park, you will never get your money out of it.
