I went to Kim 4 times. The first time I thought it was the best hairstyle ever & told every one I knew about Kim. The 2nd time she cut it so short that I had two tags of hair hanging down my cheeks - went back to hopefully have her correct it, but she didn't even remember me being there 5 days earlier & there really wasn't enough hair to correct anyway, ended up cutting those tags myself - looked like a reverse mullet! 7 months later of growing it out, I gave her one last chance. The lowlights didn't even go to my temples not to mention reach my crown - it was like a saddle & the haircut was virtually non-existant. Had to go to another hair dresser 3 days later to fix the lowlights & to actually give me a haircut. She knew of Kim and & already heard about some of her disasters. All I know is that everyone I recommended said first cut was great & then it was horrible & they haven't gone back.
