I ordered tonite for delivery - for the last 3 deliveries I have specifically asked for soy sauce. Tonite I made it quite clear to the order taker to please please add soy sauce to our order. He said he would make sure he did it himself. Sure enough - I got the order within the hour and there was NO soy sauce. I thought I was going to scream. I telephoned and they said they were very busy and I said I wanted my soy sauce. He told me it would be there in 20 minutes - I waited 30 minutes and no soy sauce. I called again and the girl told me that they were oh so busy and I would have to wait at least 45 minutes - I said what??? I was sooo mad - I told her I lived 1 1/2 blocks away and she said if I really lived that close I could come and pick it up myself. The food is cheap but mediocre at best - I will NEVER give them another penny of my money!!!
Cons: never bring what you really order, horrible customer service, mediocre food
