Businiess name:  Twist A Tapas Cafe

Review content:
I love Twist. I always have an enjoyable experience here. This past weekend I went with 5 friends and we each ordered 2 tapas -- they were all tasty and flavorful. Some of my favorites are the dates, lobster ravioli, mac and cheese (YUM!), the goat cheese, jalapeno gnocchi, and the olives (I'm a big olive fan). The only reason I'm not giving Twist a full five starts is because I don't think their sangria is anything to write home about, and it seemed overpriced compared to other tapas restaurants I've been to. I also want to mention the restaurant is small and they don't take reservations, however they will take your phone number if you want to wander over to Redmonds for a drink while you wait. We were told our wait would be 30-45 minutes on a Saturday night (after a Cubs day game), but they called within 15 minutes. Even if the wait is longer, it's well worth it, in my opinion. Pros: Wonderful food for sharing, fast service, friendly wait staff Cons: Small interior, can be loud, tables are close to each other, I don't recommend the sangria
