I had scheduled my appointments for my wedding months in advance, and confirmed it the week before. However, on the day of the wedding they were an hour late. I ended up waiting in the parking lot, with no way to contact them. Once in, it was fine - but it caused a lot of headache and unwanted stress on the morning of my wedding.
Pros: good parking, well priced
