Review content:
I had a chisel stuck in my main line that caused a clog. I turned away another plumber who was 5 hours late (with no courtesy phone call) because he said that I would have to agree to having my floor dug up if the snake got stuck. I tried Mr. Rooter. Monica answered the phone and was very professional and courteous she even called me back to make sure on the correct address. I was told it would be about an hour and got the confirmation call in 30 minutes telling me that John was on his way. John Torres was my plumber and he was excellent. He took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions. I am a satisfied customer AND SO IS MY WIFE.
