This is so accurate. I was just sharing a story with a friend about Zach @ Tri-City Luggage and how arrogant & rude he was. I was wondering if he completely ruined this business that was built by his wonderful parents. When I saw this comment, I almost fell off my chair. I guess that when you take over a business from Mommy & Daddy, there may be a misguided sense of entitlement. I see that 2 of the 3 stores has closed with the past couple of years. Karma?
