Before they get your money they are all sweet and helpful. After you have paid. Is when the problems begin. They altered my daughters almost $400.00 prom dress to short. And they said that's how they hem. And they don't care what length we wanted. It was 2 to 3 inches to short and crooked she was wearing flats. So they would not do anything. They said no one would be looking at her feet. Her prom was 3 days away and they would not do anything. Oh, they gave her a free bracelet. That took away from the fact her feet were sticking out. I will never shop there or let anyone I care about shop there either. They need qualified alterations help. And they do not have it. The owner told me they hemmed by hand. When I showed him the hem. He said I mean they use their hands to run the machines. Really? STAY AWAY- unless you like throwing away your money.
