Review content:
If this place is your last resort bypass it, you would be better off living on the street. I have never in all my life lived in a community as horrible as this one. This place is infested with roaches, mice, ants, drug dealers and crack heads. It s sad that we have to live in these conditions. I been here for almost a year and I can t wait until my lease is up so I can get the hell out of here. The maintenance is horrible they never fix anything; you have to call them 5 to 10 times before they come and fix anything and when they do fix it it s never done right. The grounds on the property are horrible he dumpsters are over run, they blame it on the residents but if you have one small dumpster for 20 to 24 units and it s always over flowing dammit! get and additional dumpster. The cleaning crew that clean the hallways do horrible work they never sweep and when they mop the hallways it leaves a horrible sour smell. Now to the MANAGEMENT!!! LAZY LAZY LAZY! And beyond ghetto... I could go on and on about this community but I m tired of typing and I have better things to do... I challenge any one from Gardenview to challenge me and prove me wrong about anything that I written about Gardenview!!!!I have one suggestion on how to make this community better, DEMOLISH IT!!!!!!!
