Unfortunately, this is one of the few bagel places left in Seattle that you can actually get a fresh bagel at anymore. So I am forced to have to go here for my bagel fix. Not only is the layout confusing, with too many little lines forming all over the place, you place your order and it takes them forever to get it to you. There are way too many people behind the counter for the service to be as slow as it is. It took me over 15 minutes today to get 4 plain bagels and a schmear of cream cheese, with only 1 customer in front of me! There were 3 people behind the counter doing NOTHING. Luckily, today the bagels did not look over done like they have the past couple of weeks, otherwise I think I would have asked for my money (and my tip) back before I finally rec'd my order...
Pros: Parkikng is easy.
Cons: Service is terrible!
