I called to have my dryer repaired. The person who answered the phone was courteous, prompt and efficient. Gave me a date and a time frame. Your repairman, Steve, came promptly at the beginning of the scheduled time, did his work quickly and efficiently, told me I needed a new part, told me he would order the part at once, told me I would get a call as soon as the part arrived and a timeframe would be given for his return to install the part. I got the call, the time was set, he arrived earlier than the appointed time, installed the part, had me sign the paperwork and left. It is evident that the training you have given your staff is excellent and it shows. Please let your phone operator and Steve know I appreciate their efficiency, courtesy and promptness and because of them I will call your company every time any of our appliances breaks down. Congratulations to you for a job well done. Society needs more managers like you.?
