please read this review because you will save yourself the NIGHTMARE! I wish I had read reviews before going to this ""business"" because I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and disrespect like the one I received from this company.
Unfortunately my husband and I contacted this company because we needed good (but still affordable) plumbing service for our old and broken toilet in our house. We came to them hoping to get our toilet fixed and instead we are now $120 short and still have a broken toilet.
But I should have known better, since they were unprofessional and rude from the beginning. First, They didn't come to my house on the day scheduled and claimed that I had never made an appointment. They argued for 20 minutes over the matter to only reschedule me for the week after. Second, when they did come to my house, they fixed the toilet (for which I paid $120), but 2 days later it was back to being broken. When I called and told them my problem, they told me there was nothing to be done and refused to give me a refund. I have tried numerous times to go in person and their gates are always closed.
NEVER AGAIN.
