Review content:
Overall, the food was designed with particular care (from one employee, anyway). My concern is the unfortunate blend of good server, bad server. Yesterday evening I had the great misfortune of witnessing very poor service being given to a caller who apparently complained about her meal. It appears that the caller's loved one ordered an item that was not pleasing to the caller; so, she complained. The rude server gave us all a run through of the top 5 things you must do to be considered rude:
1. Not answering the phone in a professional, cheerful manner
2. Never act as though the customer (who pays your salary) is wasting your time.
3. Repeating the same ""solution"" to the customer at a slightly higher volume with each reply is pathetic.
4. Mocking the loquaciousness of the caller in front of customers is extremely disrespectful.
5. Hanging up the phone and strutting away victorious. Shameful!
