Review content:
While the Dr.'s of this office are friendly and spend time with the patient, the rest of the staff leaves alot to be desired. The support staff seem quite uncaring and annoyed at best. Good luck getting someone on the phone if you need to fill a percription. I spent 25 minute on hold just today, and never spoke to a person. Finaly I hung up, and will be looking into going to a different Dr.'s office. Too much of a hassle. Cons outwiegh the Pros.
Pros: Nice Dr.'s
Cons: Unfriendly Staff, Long wait, eternity hold on the phone
