Very happy with the services, they made an old area rug look great especially after getting the hallway cleaned to such a point that it looked like brand new carpet. The guys came and did a great job, very upfront and easy to talk to, once I saw that they really knew what they were doing I decided to have them take a look at my office rug, ink and coffee, needless to say they did a greater job than I would have ever expected, it did not come out flawlessly but an ink stain the size of a dollar bill and there is just shadowing left of it I would call this impressive if not noteworthy. Coffee stain same way, so I would of course rehire them to come back any time and do the cleaning process again. Excellent and an immediate 5 stars.
