Mark and Lisa were wonderful! I have a Saab that was acting up. I called and spoke with Lisa about the issue I was having. Lisa informed me Mark doesnt usually work on Saabs (as stated on their website) but she still wanted to help. I had just spent 500.00$ at the dealer to diagnose and fix the issue I was having. Yet they were not able to do either but still take my money. Mark ended up diagnosing my car by actually driving it around until it acted up as I described. It was a hidden issue and the check engine light would come on but clear out by the time I took it for service. Mark found the problem, only charged me a fraction of what a dealer or other mechanic would have charged, and gave me money back from the original cost because he did not have to render that particular service. Bottom line is if you want someone who you can trust in a shaky industry Import Diagnostech is your new mechanic. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again guys!
