As seems to be the norm at all but the best Thai restaurants, the service is poor here. I've been to this restaurant at least 20 times and I have memorized the item numbers on the menu's so I don't ever need to read it. I am a huge restaurant guy, keep a chart of all the restaurant I've been to with ratings, maybe I'll publish it one day. I can without a doubt say that this restaurant has the poorest service I've ever had at a restaurant. I haven't been to this restaurant in over a month so I cerfiy I am not writing this review out of spite or anger. Each of the 20 or so times I have been to the restaurant the service was poor, the worst is from a middle aged thai lady who seems to be either famil of the owner or a manager. I don't even want to get into the poor service it angers me so much; a couple examples, they brought the wrong item and refused to bring the correct one, they gave us a sparkling white wine (champagne) because they ran out of a french red wine. Despite all this I return because the food is good thai. I like the penang curry, green curry, pad kee mow (noodles), kao pad penang (rice), and pad thai. Vegitarian options a very good also. Also note this restaurant has two sister restaurants, Pad Thai in Highland Park, and Four Seasons, also in the area. This is the best of all three in terms of ambiance and food. Service at the other two is better.
