Review content:
I did an express detail service so I left it there for an hour. I specifically rolled up the adapter and my phone charger away in the center console before dropping it off. When I picked up the car, the phone charger was there, but the adapter was not. I asked the guy about the adapter and he claimed they don't go in the glove boxes and consoles. I went to get the manager or owner and she wanted to look in my car and sure enough the guy put it under my seat when I was inside the building to get the manager. The messed up part is that I told manager/owner that I just wanted to let her know that I specifically put the adapter and charger in my console before I dropped off the car and that she could do whatever she wanted with that information. She yelled at me and accused me of lying and forgetting that I put it under my seat. I don?t make a habit of accusing people of lying or stealing. I?m more than disappointed that she chose to yell at me, the customer. I don?t believe this is how customers should be treated, I just don't want their employees to steal things out of other people's cars. Even something as insignificant as a an adapter. Pros: quick detail, affordable Cons: steal, yell at customers
