I am so grateful that we found DELC for my 5 year old daughter (pre-K-3rd grade). She has always been shy, but after the initial weeks, she is so excited every day that she ""gets to go"" to school. DELC is different. They focus on project-based learning experiences and creative expression. They encourage children to explore their own intrests and to relate reading/math/science/etc. through the exploration process. This is an extrodinary school with a dedicated staff who obviously are passionate about what they do. They allow children to learn while at the same time rejoicing in the fact that they ARE kids and this is a precious time in their lives. Every day when I pick up my once shy and anxious child, she is just glowing and chanting ""I love my school! I love my school!"" I love her school too. I could not reccoment it enough...
Pros: Staff, Innovative, Variety of experience
Cons: Parking can be tough
