The medi spa (Esthetique) is terrible, and unprofessional. i have scars left from a diode service that i recieved from Heidi. They said she'd been there for 8 yrs, but i find that hard to believe becaus i looked online and the spa has only been open for 4 yrs. The front desk staff is too young and very unprofessional, there was dirty laundry in the room i was guided into that sat there while i had my consultation that i had to look at.. My face has permanent scarring from this service and i wouldnt recommend this spa to anyone. I went by the reviews on here but they were for the surgery center...not the medi spa sadly. i am very dissppointed and worried about what to do with the scars i have left on my face. i would give them 0 stars if i could.
