Review content:
Everyone has different expectations on what they consider great customer service. Both my wife (who is usually very fearful of dentists) and I have been going to Dean for 9 years with the best results and always get a warm welcome. (And not just because we have been spending money there for 9 years, but because he is genuine once you get to know the man.) Sometimes it may be the personality of the person going to the dentist that gets a colder than expected welcome. Glad to see not all like going here so my wait is shorter than if Dean was the best ""show"" in town.
Pros: Professional and accurate
Cons: A perfectionist which can be pricey. (But that is not bad.)
