Never ever ever use this Harley dealership for work or purchases. It was the convenience factor when i brought my bike in for work, simple tire installation. Even brought them the new tires to install, Was charged nearly 400$ for 2 tire installation and new bearings in one Rim! I paid 205$ for two brand new tires delivered overnight via Leatherup great deal. Now i'm paying double that for there install!!! Come on!
I did some checking with the dealership closest to that one Fletcher's. All there pricing is less and they have a great customer service attitude. Where as to JIMS is a greedy unappreciative business, that will over-charge you from a basic gasket all the way to there installations. I will never go back even though i've spent over 2 grand in services and parts in the last few months re-building my bike myself and still no gratitude towards the pricing the charge me for my tire install. This is why i'd rather do it myself, next investment tire mounting machine! JIM""S HARLEY YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DOLLAR OUT OF ME! If you read this and still go get work done there or buy a bike there you are a bigger fool than ever. For i've had my bad experiences this is why i share them, so no-one else has to deal with these con-artists!
