My son took his car in after an accident for an inspection, he was told he needed new brake pads and that was all. When he brought in his car his entire brake system was replaced without an estimate given to me, the legal owner, or to him. The total came to around $1030.00. Later my son took the car to another repair shop at the recommendation of a mediator. The new shop conpared to bill to what was done on the car, they state very little was done to the front brake system and nothing done to the back. They also told him he has been driving around on dangerous brakes that could fail anytime. The mechanic showed him what was bad and what to take pictures of. These pictures along with a statement from the mechanic will be used in the small claims case we have filed against Tilden scheduled for June 8. Please do not put a loved one in jeorpardy by using a company that feels no guilt about lying and shoddy workmanship to say the least. Tilden Brakeworld 1201-1 Royal Palm Beach Blvd. 33411
