I moved to Sanibel Island 1-1/2 years ago and, on the recommendation of a little girl at the GAP, I decided to try Terrence Michael Salon. It has been a love affair ever since, for the last year that I have been going there. They are the most friendly group of people. Everybody recognizes you when you walk in and calls you by name, and there is a healthy kind of joking and humor that I appreciate. They are excellent about recommending products and I love the product line that they use.
I have been very happy with my stylist at Terrence Michael. If ever I have had a challenge, I have called them up and they get me back in within the next 24 hours. With good humor and concern, they get me fixed up and I am on my way.
There is a sharing kind of atmosphere at Terrence Michael Salon that I appreciate. I think it is inspired that they have people come in to do free scalp analysis and other services, and that they give you samples to try a shampoo before you buy it. I drive about 25 minutes from my home just to go to the salon, which definitely says something about their service.
