I thought the salon itself was very nice; Danielle at the front desk is extremely nice and very professional, she was very helpful in making a last minute change in my appointment day and time. I thought that my stylist was sweet but didn't think she was very experienced. My hair color, even though I indicated I didn't want to be as dark as my natural color, came out way too dark. I almost look like I have black hair. As to my cut, I only wanted a trim and she did that but again, I didn't feel like she really knew what she was doing. If I were to return, I would want someone else. I however did tip her generously as I don't feel it was necessarily her fault, I just chalk it up to inexperience. Thanks! Anna
