Well This Morning 12/10/08 I wake up and find my garbage is still out on the curb without being picked I take a look at my neighbors garbage and there garbage was picked up. I called the New port richey Office for WSI of Florida and dialed option one and then dialed for option 2 I quickly was transferred to a Customer service rep by the Name of Maurene and updated her on my Garbage not being picked up this morning she stated fine and then proceeded to take a look at my account and stated there is nothing there on why my garbage was left behind she advised me to go ahead and leave my garbage on the cub and she will put in a (Missed ticket) for the driver can come to my home and pick up my garbage I told the rep Thank you and she was very friendly. I will be updating this page to post if and when they came to pick up my missed garbage
