I read all these reviews and was terrified to try this place, but I have brought about 20 items in over the past 6 months and have had friendly, excellent service, and the prices were not bad at all. I used to come with the old owners, and when I moved back to Denver, saw they are under new management. Decided to give the new owner a try. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews as I have had very good experience here and will continue to go. The owner is also very good at mending sweaters and other items. Give them a try!
