Businiess name:  Magnum Opus

Review content:
I've been going to Magnum Opus for about 10 years (just now discovered citysearch). My stylist has been TRISTAN for the last 9. I have 'difficult' hair and Tristan is the first person I've ever been to who could consistently do a decent job. She has never let me down, even when ""I don't know what I want but I want something different,"" and she doesn't pressure me to buy product. People (even strangers) ask who does my hair. Tristan is an outstanding stylist -- I would recommend her to anyone. Oh, and for my wedding, MYRNA did my hair. It was a work of art! As for the salon itself, sophisticated in both service and decor. I feel very 'swanky' coming out of there. Fashion magazines have recommended Magnum Opus for Portland residents/visitors. I was sitting in Tristan's chair one day, reading In Style and there they were in the article I was reading. Wow, how often does that happen? Parking can be difficult most places in Portland, but in addition to street parking (metered), they also have their own lot for customers.
