We have been dealing with Salemi for two years now, since we moved to MA.
We found Barb to be very helpful during the purchasing process. She patiently answered my countless questions and made sure I got the correct range hood speedily when the factory shipped the wrong style.
Salemi's service man is really good, especially with pro-style appliances. Nothing gets past Edwin. We've had a few bugs to work out and he has always made the right fix the first time.
Danielle has been very proactive in scheduling us for service and tracking the shipping of parts. She is a cheerful voice on the other end of the line.
With this kind of service, I would never go to any of the other appliance stores. They have all the brands you could ever want and are a pleasure to work with.
