Many complaints of this pharmacy. They have lessor hours, use to open at 8am now its 9am and people still wait in cars for someone to get there late as usual to open. and no saturdays anymore. When people are sick and go see a Dr on the weekend( meaning saturdays) where are they to go to fill there scripts? They have given me the wrong script and after getting home calls me to bring it back. Thats happened twice. What if I had taken them! I didn't always look at the bottle but I do now!! I call in my scripts 1 day in advanced and still wait in line and sometimes they havent even filled it yet because of a mess up on the insurance but yet do not bother to call me about it so maybe I can get something fixed ( which thats all it takes is a phone call) before going out of my way to pick my scrip. They use to open on saturdays and do not anymore but yet our small town is a big little town now with 2 medical buildings that have been built and in operations now Pleasnat View Pharmacy does not serve the people. More Drs here in Pleasant View but cant get good service on filling a scipt. 20 to 30 minutes to go anywhere else. They are a pharmacy not a bank for good hours and even a bank is open 1/2 a day on saturdays and most open at 8:30am. They have no convenience for working people either. If they would just open at 8am and be open 1/2 day on saturdays it would help alot and maybe fridays wouldnt be so hard on them because people are scrambling to get there scripts filled on that day. They have allowed me to fill my scripts I take everyday 2 to 3 days in advace for my convenience since its hard for me to get out but yet other times say they can't and they are not a controlled substance as they have told me when when I have complained. I could go on and on...Our town is growing leaps and bounds but yet this place won't work to better the quality of there working hours. I wish a large Pharmacy would be built in our town it would totallt put this place out of bussiness.
